TUITION/ PRICING

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAM:

MONTHLY CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT: Payments are made monthly and you don't have to worry about your spot being taken. You are guaranteed your spot all year long
Our monthly tuition payments are based on an average of four classes per month. No additional charge is assessed for months that offer five classes. In months where holidays, gym closings, snow days, etc. affect the schedule of classes, no tuition is reduced. If you should receive five classes during the month instead of four it will be considered a makeup for classes missed while we are closed for holidays, gym closings, snow days, etc. *To see which Federal Holidays we are closed on visit our FAQs section. We are open on 4th of July for our summer camp only, however.
We offer continuous enrollment so you can join a class at anytime as long as there are open spots in the class. We will pro rate the tuition accordingly.
Tuition is not prorated for absences, however. Please see the class Make-Up Policies.
Payments for classes are due at the time of Registration. This enables us to keep a more accurate count of how many students are enrolled for each class without overbooking classes.

*Spot guaranteed as long as you don't withdraw and fees are up to date.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

** Each family is required to have a credit/debit card on file for payments. Please register with all of your information online.

Tuition is paid monthly: Tuition is due on the 25th of each month for the following month.

Options for making payments before the 25th of each month:
If payment is made prior to the 25th of the month by one of the options listed below then no fees will be charged to your credit/debit card on file.

Payments may be made in person with cash. Payments may be made with a personal check. Please make your check payable to Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center (DMGC) and please note the student's name, class, day and the time on the memo portion of your check. A $30.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.Payments may be made with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.You may mail (or drop off) payments to: Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center at 734 N. Progress Drive Medina, Ohio 44256 Remember, any remaining balances on the 25th of the month will be charged to your credit/debit card on file. This is done automatically so you will not have to worry about losing your child's/(ren's) spot in class.

If there are changes to your credit/debit card the new information must be received by the 20th of the month. If your payment doesn't go through for any reason you will be charged a $30.00 decline fee. If delinquent tuition is not paid before the first of the month, your child(ren) will be tagged inactive by the computer, will be un-enrolled, and children on the waiting list will be called. Once we have received a bad check, all future tuition must be paid with cash or credit/debit card.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

If you need to become inactive in the program, a Withdrawal Form is located at the front desk (or on our website). It MUST BE received by the 20th of the month prior to withdrawal. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WITHDRAWALS OVER THE PHONE. WE MUST RECEIVE A PHYSICAL COPY OF THE WITHDRAWAL FORM at the front desk including your FOB at the time of withdrawal or an automatic $30.00 will be deducted from your account for not turning in your fob. DMGC spends too much time chasing people to turn it in, so please understand this is mandatory and necessary, and must be in good condition — no exceptions— for it to be accepted as it has to be reassigned. There is a late fee of $30.00 for any withdrawal forms turned in after the 20th—even if it’s a day late.

Please Note:
Unless we receive proper notice and with a withdrawal form prior to the 20th of the month (which includes your fob), you are responsible for the next months tuition in full. No exceptions!

DMGC’s Policies Update: There is a penalty of $30.00 if the withdrawal form is not submitted by the 20th of the month, even if it is a day late. If there are any forms submitted past the due date of the 20th, there will be a LATE FEE assessed AND PROCESSED on your account. Please understand that staff must be paid regardless if a person forgets, or it “slips” your mind or you are on vacation. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardian to submit the forms on time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

** By signing your child(ren) up for classes at Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center you agree to the above payment policy.

DOMINIQUE MOCEANU GYMNASTICS CENTER MEMBERSHIP:

GOLD STAR Membership:

This is an optional membership option with nice benefits. This membership offers discounts for summer camp, open gym, 5% discount(s) on pro shop items for the year, first come first serve opportunity to reserve classes, invitation to meet any guest speakers/Olympian guests who come into town for summer full day camps, or for workshops/clinics on occasion (*must reserve your spot with our office if you’d like an autograph or photo with any guest Olympian).* $150.00 Annual GOLD STAR Membership

OPEN GYM FEES:

$20.00 drop in fee. This is paid when you arrive or prepaid online.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE:

This fee is $40 per member. Registration is due at the time of initial enrollment and renewed annually each year thereafter in their anniversary month. This fee covers the cost of insurance as well as registering and maintaining family records. This registration fee applies to ALL programs at Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center.

FAMILY DISCOUNT:

There is a 10% discount for each additional member of the immediate family calculated on the instructional gymnastics class(es) at Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center (DMGC)! Private lessons are not included.

MAKEUP POLICY:

Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays.

ARRIVAL AND PICKUP:
Be sure your student arrives at the very least 5-10 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.

PAYMENT TYPES:

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Discover, American Express and Master Card.

MIN. CLASS SIZE:

All classes must have at least 3 children.

REFUND POLICY:

Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics Center (DMGC) does not offer credits and/or refunds for cancelled of classes due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather or any other reason. All sales are final for any product and/or service purchased and/or provided by DMGC.

PLEASE NOTE:

Schedule subject to change based on availability. Please call ahead to assure that your class is available. The minimum class size is 3 children and we reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum number of children. You are more than welcome to join a class at anytime as long as there are available spots in the class. We will prorate the tuition accordingly.
